Returns and Refunds Policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product or seek a refund. How can customers return your products?

We do accept returns via mail, counter and store.

  • The justification for your return request, accompanied by authentic product images
  • Order number/email address to place your order

We will examine the email and provide you with a response regarding whether or not a return label is necessary once we have received it.

– To return items, you need to do:

  1. Packaging your return items
  2. Send it to 153 Doc Lap Street, Tan Quy Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  4. Send us an email to the mailbox: [email protected] with the subject “Request for return & refund” and send us the Order number + Return item tracking number

How many days do customers have to return a product?

This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, your items are not eligible for a return.

Product conditions that KDC INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED allow for returns:

We accept returned products in new and used condition.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

No cost. We will provide prepaid labels for any manufacturer defects. Prepaid labels will be mailed, you need to download and print the return label.

What is the restocking fee?

Customers do not charge restocking fees for any item.

Notify when KDC INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED receives the returned package.

You will receive an email informing you that your return has been received as soon as it is received and examined. You can actively follow the tracking number of the returned item. The time it takes for us to receive the returned merchandise will vary based on your address.


When will you receive your refund?

Once your returned item has been received. Within 4–7 business days, our inspection department will process your returned items and decide whether to approve or reject them.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

How can you get a refund?

If your refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refund (if any)

Please verify your bank account if you have not received your refund within 3 – 5 business days of our notification.

After that, please contact the issuer of your credit card; your refund may not be formally posted for some time.

Please contact your bank next. Typically, a processing time elapses prior to the official posting of a refund.
